Q: I have accidentally made duplicated items/purchase. Please help?
A: If you have not proceeded to check out, you can simply delete the excess order by pressing “X” button under “Basket” on the top right. If you have already made a payment, please email Sales Service This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with your order number and the duplicated order you have placed. Once we have received your request, we will email you back and remove the duplicated order as soon as possible and give you a full refund.
